The shape of Texas is cut out of a piece of metal, leaving the shape of Texas with a circle around it.  The colors of the Texas flag are then placed on the shape of Texas.  The key holder has a screwed connection for a positive hold.  The circle is approximately 1 1/4 inches wide.
